BREAKSTONE’S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
9 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and well drained
green onions thinly sliced
canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
