Crockpot Pecan Pie Cake


  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract


  • Beat the eggs until fluffy. In a seperate bowl, combine the pecans, brown sugar, & flour. Whisk the melted butter into the pecan mixture followed by the beaten eggs. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the batter into your crockpot. Cook on high for 1.5 to 2 hours. It should be very moist when done & everyone’s crockpot is different. Mine cooks it perfectly in exactly 2 hours but I’ve used another crockpot that it only took 90 minutes in, so check it at 90 minutes in and cook up to another 30 minutes as needed.
    Best served warm with vanilla ice cream! ;)
