Red Velvet Cookie Cake
Ingredients
For the Cookie:

Box Red Velvet Cake Mix

Cup
1 Stick Butter, Softened

Eggs

Vanilla

White Chocolate Chips
For the Frosting:

Ounces
Cream Cheese
Softened
¼
Cup
Butter Softened
2-3
Cups
Powdered Sugar
1
Teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
Milk
If Needed
Sprinkles
If Desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-inch cake pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine butter, cake mix, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in white chocolate chips.
Press into pan. Bake for 23-26 minutes.
For the Frosting:
Combine cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar a little at a time. Add milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Pipe or spread onto cookie cake. Top with sprinkles.
