White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsps. Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

Instructions

  • To a sauce pan, add your chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla.
  • Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously until melted and smooth. Pour in your dried cranberries and fold gently until evenly combined. Do not overheat and burn your chocolate.
  • Line your 8x8 dish with parchment paper and pour in the fudge, smoothing it out evenly.
  • Place in the fridge to set for 2 to 4 hours. Remove from the dish, peel off parchment paper, and slice into even squares.
  • Serve and enjoy. The perfect Christmas fudge for gifting.
