Berry Cheesecake Salad

All the flavors of cheesecake & berries and cream mixed together in an easy 5 ingredient no-bake dessert. A must make!

I am a huge fan of cheesecake and anything even slightly related to berries and cream.  Huge fan.  During berry season, you can find me about 2am infront of the refrigerator door with a can of whipped cream and a armful handful of berries.  Don’t judge.

So, it’s only natural that I would want to combine those two loves into something I’m even a bigger fan of…. a no bake dessert!

Berry Cheesecake Salad

Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz containers of cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries chopped (or more or less depending on taste)
  • 1.5 cups fresh blueberries or more or less depending on taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, & vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth & creamy. Fold in the fresh strawberries & blueberries right before serving.
