Fruit PIzza

Fruit pizza is a favorite treat of mine, and no – we’re not talking about fruit atop of cheese, tomato sauce, & crust because, well… that would be nasty.  And, I don’t like nasty.

But, if you take a watermelon & cut it into triangles – top it with fresh fruit, now that’s delicious.  And healthy.  And I don’t feel utterly guilty after indulging in it.

That’s a win in my book.

Fruit Pizza

If you have kids, they’re going to think you’re a genius when you present this to them.  If you have teenagers, you may even get a hug… in public.  No, this doesn’t have magical powers – but it is good.

So eat up.  Even over eat.  With this kind of pizza, you don’t have to get on the treadmill over overindulging. Awesome sauce.
