Easy DIY VHS Case Wall Shelf
This DIY VHS Case Wall Shelf is so clever, functional, & adorable. Plus, you certainly can’t get any easier than this – it’ll be ready in minutes!
Today I’m sharing with you what could be the easiest DIY project you’ve ever seen.
It’s so simple that I’m almost embarrassed to call it a diy project – it literally takes just seconds & you most likely have everything on hand that you need. However, that’s something I think we all love in a do-it-yourself project that’s oh-so easy.
The two things you need? An empty VHS case & a couple of nails (or screws). You just attach it to the wall with the nails (or screws) via the inside deeper part. and then…. TA-DA!!
Yes, I used an old Indian in the Cupboard VHS case on the above one…. one of my childhood (and adulthood!) favorites! However, you may not want to leave a print in the VHS case, and that’s totally ok. Just slide the printed insert out. You can find VHS cases in a variety of colors so you could have practically any color. White is a really clean option.
You could also even slide in a favorite picture underneath – or cut pretty scrapbook paper to fit. All sorts of options to customize!
I have this one beside my bed for easy remote control storage 🙂
Great article, thanks for sharing this.
This looks like such a simple yet effective idea and certainly something I would consider myself.
