These Grinch Nutter Butter Cookies are just the simplest thing to make. Even those with absolutely no decorating skills (raises hand) can put these cookies together with minimal effort – and they will look like the Grinch… not a horrible Pinterest fail!

Only 4 or 5 ingredients are needed & you can bust out a whole bunch in a short amount of time making them perfect for holiday parties, cookie swaps, gift giving, etc. Not only are they all sorts of cuteness, they are also delicious – they taste like white chocolate coated peanut butter cookies. Of course they are yummy!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt the green candy melts as directed on the package. Alternatively, you can melt almond bark in the microwave (according to package directions), then mix in a little green food coloring.
  2. Dip the nutter butter cookies into the bowl with a fork. Coat the cookies & let the excess candy coating drip though the openings of the fork. Place on wax paper or parchment paper to cool.
  3. Repeat until you make the quantity of cookies you want.
  4. Place the mini yellow M&M’s where the eyes go. Using the black writing gel, place a dot for each eye on the yellow m&m’s.
  5. Draw on the eyebrows & long nose/mouth.
  6. Air Dry and serve

  • nutter butter cookies
  • yellow mini m&m’s
  • light green candy melts OR vanilla almond bark with green food coloring mixed in
  • black writing decorator’s gel
