Easy Baked Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
- 8 Ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup sour cream
- 1-1/4 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-1/4 Cup shredded pepper jack or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 to 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3-5 Splashes hot sauce
- 16 Ounces cooked shrimp chopped
- 2-3 Cloves garlic minced
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup pepper jack (or Monterey Jack) cheese, Old bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until smooth. I like to use a handheld mixer for this.
- Stir in the shrimp, garlic, and green onions. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish (I use a 2 quart baker or a pie dish) and top with the remaining cheddar and pepper jack cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly and heated through. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can also mix all these ingredients in a sauce pot, add enough milk to thin it out - and serve it mixed in with pasta for one amazing Cheesy Shrimp Pasta dish.
- Want to add a little kick? Switch out the seafood seasoning for Cajun seasoning
- Be careful not to overbake this dip - bake just long enough to brown the edges and melt the cheese
- On a low carb diet? Serve with celery sticks, cucumber rounds, or your favorite dippable veggie.
