Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup pepper jack (or Monterey Jack) cheese, Old bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until smooth. I like to use a handheld mixer for this.
Stir in the shrimp, garlic, and green onions. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish (I use a 2 quart baker or a pie dish) and top with the remaining cheddar and pepper jack cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly and heated through. Serve hot.
