Homemade No Churn S’more Ice Cream

Equipment

  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Storage Container

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Hershey Bar Pieces

Instructions

  • Start by placing your heavy cream in your stand mixer. Beat on high until stiff peaks form. It’s a process, it takes time.
  • Add in your sweetened condensed milk, salt, and marshmallow fluff. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  • Pour half your mixture into your container. I use a bread loaf pan. Top with half your graham cracker crumbs and half your chocolate pieces.
  • Pour the rest of the mixture on top. Top with remaining graham crackers and chocolate pieces. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in the freezer overnight.
  • Serve and enjoy! Two summer favorites combined.
