S’mores Ice Cream

There’s just something special about s’mores that brings back sweet summer memories of sitting around a campfire and roasting marshmallows with the family.

My S’mores Ice Cream takes all of the flavors of hot S’mores and turns them into a cold, creamy dessert that’s perfect for hot summer days.

The best part is how easy it is to make. There’s no baking, no churning, and no need for an ice cream maker. You simply whip everything together, layer in the graham crackers and chocolate, and let your freezer do the rest of the work.

Every scoop of ice cream is loaded with toppings and flavor. It tastes just like a classic campfire treat straight from your childhood, but without all the mess.

Ingredients for S’mores Ice Cream

  • Heavy Cream: Gives your homemade ice cream a rich, smooth, creamy texture.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: Adds sweetness and helps keep the ice cream mixture soft and scoopable instead of turning icy.
  • Pinch of Salt: Just a tiny pinch balances out the sweetness of all the ingredients.
  • Marshmallow Fluff: Sometimes called Marshmallow Creme it tastes just like toasted marshmallows fresh from a fire.
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: The buttery graham cracker crumbles add texture and make every bite taste like a classic s’mores dessert.
  • Hershey Bar Pieces: Chopped Hershey bars will give you the classic s’mores taste you are craving. You could also use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
