Easy Peppermint Bark Oreos
These Peppermint Bark Oreos are going to be easiest cookies on your Christmas cookie spread. Seriously – the easiest. No baking required!
I love simple, no bake recipes. And this one is really delicious… especially if you’re a peppermint bark lover like I am.
This cookie starts off with Oreos – so there is no making cookie dough or measuring out any ingredients. This is a dip, sprinkle, & done recipe.
- DIP the Oreos in melted white chocolate or almond bark that has a drizzle of peppermint extract stirred in.
- SPRINKLE the coated Oreos with chopped peppermint candies.
- DONE – put your feet up, binge on Hallmark Christmas movies & eat some cookies.
You can use any kind of Oreos in this recipe, but I went for the peppermint bark Oreos. If you can’t find peppermint bark, the mint Oreos are delicious with this too. I use vanilla almond bark (found in the chocolate chip aisle) instead of white chocolate because I have terrible luck with seizing up white chocolate, so I don’t even mess with melting it half the time.
