Start by slicing each hard boiled egg in half and placing the yolk into a bowl.
To your bowl of yolks, add mayo, pickle juice, Dijon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and smooth. Place mixture into a piping bag, with a small tip cut off.
Fill each egg half with the mixture, just to the top of the egg. Place one little smokie on top of each.
Now let’s make it look like a hot dog! Pipe filling on each side of your little smokie, to look like a bun, as shown.
Top your little smokie with mustard and relish.
