Hot Dog Deviled Eggs

Equipment

  • Piping Bag

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp bread and butter pickle juice (can use dill as well if that's more your jam)
  • 1-1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 15 cooked little smokies
  • yellow mustard for topping
  • sweet pickle relish for topping

Instructions

  • Start by slicing each hard boiled egg in half and placing the yolk into a bowl.
  • To your bowl of yolks, add mayo, pickle juice, Dijon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined and smooth. Place mixture into a piping bag, with a small tip cut off.
  • Fill each egg half with the mixture, just to the top of the egg. Place one little smokie on top of each.
  • Now let’s make it look like a hot dog! Pipe filling on each side of your little smokie, to look like a bun, as shown.
  • Top your little smokie with mustard and relish.
  • Serve and enjoy!
