Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Followed by a single layer of Saltine crackers, as shown. It takes about one sleeve.
To a pan, on medium heat, add your butter and brown sugar. Bring to a rolling boil. Continue to boil, stirring continuously, for an additional 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and immediately pour over your crackers. Spread out evenly.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees, for roughly 5 minutes, or until it begins to bubble. Remove from the oven and set aside.
To a microwave safe bowl, add your white chocolate chips, and coconut oil. Microwave in one minute intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Pour over your toffee and spread out evenly.
Sprinkle it with green sanding sugar. Allow chocolate to set.
Melt down your red candy melts. Add a little coconut oil if it doesn’t melt down smoothly. Transfer to a piping bag.
Pipe red lines on your Christmas Crack. Allow chocolate to set once more. Break or cut into pieces.
Serve and enjoy the Christmas Crack that looks like your favorite Little Debbie Cakes!
