Preheat the waffle iron.
Next, in a medium bowl combine the leftover stuffing with and egg. Stir to combine.
Then pour in the broth/stock. Mix it all together and while you are mixing, mash the dressing up to get a consistent texture. I start off with 1/4 cup and then add more as needed. I usually end up adding about 1/2 cup to thin it down enough to make a ‘waffle batter’.
Scoop the waffle mixture into your preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
Top with leftover gravy, if desired, or make your own using chicken or turkey broth. Store-bought turkey gravy can also be used in a pinch.
