If you have leftover dressing or stuffing, you have got to try making this leftover dressing waffle. It completely transforms the leftover stuffing and turns it into something absolutely spectacular. It is so delicious that I can see myself making dressing just so I can make some of these waffles.

I personally like to top mine with just some turkey or chicken gravy – but cranberry sauce, chunks of turkey, etc would all be super tasty.

This recipe makes about 2 waffles but feel free to double or triple it as needed.

Leftover Dressing Waffle

Servings 2 Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups leftover dressing or stuffing
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 – 1/2 Cup Chicken or turkey stock or broth or more if needed

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle iron.
  • In a bowl, combine the leftover dressing or stuffing with 1 egg. Stir that in & then pour in the broth/stock. Mix it all together and while you are mixing, mash the dressing up to get a consistent texture. I start off with 1/4 cup and then add more as needed. I usually end up adding about 1/2 cup for my own personal dressing to thin it down enough to make a ‘waffle batter’
  • Scoop the dressing mixture into your preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Top with gravy, if desired.
