I have been making these Apple Nachos in some shape or form since my kids since they were very small. It is a still a favorite of theirs and I often make it for them to this day. And for myself too because they are so good and I love me some caramel and apple! It’s just one of those flavor combinations that is hard to beat.

I told you that I’ve been making these for many, many years now. Here’s a snapshot of my now 20 year old enjoying these when she was around 9.

I’ve made them a variety of ways over the years and in this picture, there is lots of sprinkles instead of Reece’s Pieces. She’s not much of a peanut butter fan but that child has always loved a pile of sprinkles!

It’s such a simple recipe to make, y’all – and one of the beautiful things about it is you don’t have to do it exactly the way that I did or the same way each time either. You can get creative with these and come up with a variety of toppings.

Here’s what we used!

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (or regular sized will work too)
