Frozen Yogurt Dots

I have recently fell in love with a little healthy treat that I found over on Pinterest land.

Frozen Yogurt Dots.

Simplest thing in the world to make, super good for you, and they taste like tiny little miniature ice creams.  Anything that is good for me and tastes like ice cream catches my attention!

I’ve been making these like crazy too – my whole family loves them.  Even my four year old.  Little booger would eat them constantly if he had a never ending supply. 🙂

All you need is your favorite yogurt.

I’m a strawberry yogurt girl myself, so that’s what I use – but you can use any flavor you’d like.

All you do is scoop your fave yogurt into a plastic sandwich bag, and snip off the corner to turn it into an instant piping bag. Then, squeeze out little dots onto your  prepared pan.

I use a silicone liner on mine to make it easy to remove them once frozen. You could also use wax paper or even nonstick aluminum foil.

Pop them in the freezer until they are frozen.  It doesn’t take long…. 30-45 minutes does the trick.

Once frozen, take them off of the tray and store them in a freezable container for your healthy snacking pleasure.
