Ranch Oyster Crackers
My mom made these Ranch Oyster Crackers all the time when I was growing up. They were served as appetizers at almost every single holiday meal.
I make them myself these days, but they’re so simple to make that I whip up a batch or two several times a year. I would rather snack on these than potato chips any day… YUM!!
I make these frugal & easy seasoned crackers each year around every holiday (Easter, Thanksgiving, & Christmas) and a few more times throughout the year.  This recipe can be whipped up in minutes and they are so wonderful to bake up & give as gifts – or to nibble on while waiting for the holiday dinner to be served.
These Ranch Oyster Crackers are SO simple!
Here is what you need to make them.
(Printable/Screenshot-able recipe at the bottom of this post!)
- 1 – 10oz bag of Oyster Crackers
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 – 1oz package Ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How do you make Ranch Oyster Crackers?
They’re so stupid simple!
Whisk together the dry ranch dressing mix along with the other seasonings with the vegetable oil in a large bowl.
Pour in the bag of oyster crackers and toss to combine, taking care to make sure that all the crackers have been coated evenly.
Spread out the seasoned oyster crackers on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for about 15-20 mins, stirring occasionally.
Let the crackers cool. Then, transfer them to an air-tight container or ziplock bag until you’re going to eat them. When it’s time to serve them, put the crackers out and just watch how fast they disappear… especially if I’m around 😉

I used to make these years ago and my husband loved them. Thanks for reminding me. Found you from the link party at A Southern Fairytale.
YUM! My mom used to make these for us when we were growing up. I should totally make some today (I think I have everything in the pantry).
Found you at HHE carnival. Would love to have you stop by my blog and you can join my Tip Day Thursday carnival too if you’d like.
