Snickers Ice Cream Pops – 3 Ingredients!
Beautiful caramel-y, chocolately, wonderful Snickers Ice Cream Pops – and they only have 3 ingredients too!
We all scream for ice cream.
I hope I’ve succeeded in getting that song stuck in your head for the rest of the day. (mental note: next song to include in a blog post.. It’s a small world after all)
I hope I’ve also succeeded in getting the ice cream cravings started by the picture at the top of the post. Delicious, irresistible Snickers Ice Cream Pops. I’m craving them again, and I just ate
I made these the day after I made my Oreo Birthday Cake Ice Cream Pops because surely I could think of other combinations when the process is that easy! It starts off with good quality store bought ice cream…. how easy can you get? Check out the ingredients you need.
Yep… that’s all of it. Let’s get started.
First, chop up 4-6 Snickers bars into small pieces. I like 6… I got to keep my girlish figure somehow after all.
Mix the chopped up Snickers bars with half of the container of good quality vanilla ice cream.
Now, pour in half the jar of caramel ice cream topping.
Give it a light stir with a spatula or large spoon. You don’t want to mix it up completely – just swirl it.
Now, here’s an optional step. Ok, it’s not optional if you like caramel like I do. Pour just a splash of the caramel topping into the bottom of 6 dixie cups. Then divide your ice cream mixture between the 6 dixie cups, and pack it in with the bottom of a small spoon. Stick a popsicle stick into each one, and place them in the freezer until firm – about 2 hours.
Once you’re ready to eat one, slide a butter knife alongside the inner edges of the dixie cup to loosen the ice cream pop. Pull it out, and enjoy you some yummy ice cream goodness!

- Mix the vanilla ice cream & chopped Snickers bars together until combined. Lightly stir in half the jar of caramel ice cream topping - not stirring in completely, but more of a swirl.
