2 Ingredient Coconut Bars
These Coconut Bars are absolutely delicious & they couldn’t be simpler to make. They only have 2 ingredients!!!
You know sometimes how cravings just up & hit you? Â Like one minute you’re watching tv, & the next minute it’s like BAM! Â Instant craving hits you like a mack truck! Â Not that I’ve ever been hit by a mack truck… but you get the point.
The thing that stinks about instant cravings is that a lot of the time, by the time you are able to actually make whatever your taste buds are wanting, the craving is gone. Â That’s why quick & easy recipes for occasions like this are a must.
Enter these Coconut Bars. Â They only have 2 ingredients – and they taste so much like a creamy coconut pie with a caramelized crust.
All you do is dump the two ingredients in a bowl, stir, spread in a pan, Â & bake. Â So simple!
Here’s what you need:
In a bowl, combine a can of sweetened condensed milk with a 14oz bag of sweetened coconut.
Spread it in a 8×8 or 9×9 square baking pan. Â Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Â Let cool slightly before slicing.
