These Coconut Bars are absolutely delicious & they couldn’t be simpler to make. They only have 2 ingredients!!!

You know sometimes how cravings just up & hit you?  Like one minute you’re watching tv, & the next minute it’s like BAM!  Instant craving hits you like a mack truck!  Not that I’ve ever been hit by a mack truck… but you get the point.

The thing that stinks about instant cravings is that a lot of the time, by the time you are able to actually make whatever your taste buds are wanting, the craving is gone.  That’s why quick & easy recipes for occasions like this are a must.

Enter these Coconut Bars.  They only have 2 ingredients – and they taste so much like a creamy coconut pie with a caramelized crust.

All you do is dump the two ingredients in a bowl, stir, spread in a pan,  & bake.  So simple!

In a bowl, combine a can of sweetened condensed milk with a 14oz bag of sweetened coconut.

Spread it in a 8×8 or 9×9 square baking pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.  Let cool slightly before slicing.

2 Ingredient Coconut Bars

Cook Time 25 minutes
Servings 1 8x8 pan

Ingredients

  • 14.5 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 oz bag of sweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine the coconut & sweetened condensed milk in a bowl, stirring well. Spread the mixture into an 8x8 or 9x9 square baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing.
