Crack Chicken Burgers
These Crack Chicken Burgers are one of our favorite meals, especially for a weeknight. 5 ingredients and 20 minutes is all you need to make this delicious recipe!
The other day I went on Facebook Live and showed y’all how I make these deliciously easy Crack Chicken Burgers.
They are only 5 ingredients and are ridiculously easy to make.
Also…
They. Are. So. Good.
SOOO Good.
And if you’re lucky enough to have leftovers (or you make a double batch to prepare!), the leftovers are even better.
My family goes CRAZY over these. Truth be told, so do I. 😉
From start to finish… and I mean from the very start when you are mixing the ingredients together… to the very end – these take about 20 minutes.
Only 20 minutes people! That makes for a perfect weeknight meal.
Usually, I just serve these alongside a salad – but sometimes I also make my Cheesy Ranch Potatoes for a side dish with these.
As for toppings, you can get as creative (or as simple!) as you like. I tend to go with mayo, lettuce, red onion, jalapeño, & a blanket of sharp cheddar cheese. My 9 year old son? Well he tops his with ranch dressing and pepperoni. Yes pepperoni… I don’t even know... LOL But he eats it up so that’s all that matters!
All you need to make these deliciously easy Crack Chicken Burgers (and wow your family!) is this:
- ground chicken
- dry ranch seasoning mix
- cooked & crumbled bacon
- diced green onions
- cheddar cheese
That’s it!
