I could probably eat a whole tub of marshmallow fluff all by myself.  My hips wouldn’t be too fond of me afterwards, but my mouth sure would be happy.

I love the combo of peanut butter & marshmallow cream – and so do my kids for that matter.  That’s why these peanut butter & marshmallow cream roll ups are the perfect little lunch or snack.

They’re just delicious!

Your kiddos will love seeing this in their lunch box instead of the typical pb&j – and it’d also be great for an after school snack.  They can even make it themselves, and that’s always a plus.

Peanut Butter & Marshmallow Cream Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 Pieces of white bread
  • 1/8 cup or peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup of marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Start out by rolling your bread thin with a rolling pin or even a can. You can leave the crust on or remove it, up to you. Spread on a thin layer of peanut butter & then a thin layer of marshmallow fluff over top. Roll up nice & tight. Slice into bite sized pieces - enjoy!
