Sandwich Kabobs

The ‘Back to School’ series continues with yet another simple & delicious idea for your kids’ lunches.  Even as a homeschool mama, I pre-make my kids’ lunches & keep them in the fridge to save time – and these sandwich kabobs are one of the easiest things I prepare. So easy that even your children can do it!

You can really use your imagination with this one – and just use mine as inspiration.  I never do them up the same way each time myself.  In the pictures, I layered bread, ham, turkey, provolone cheese, cheddar cheese, olive & a pickle on a kabob stick.  I often use lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, etc on our sandwich kabobs as well – and serve with a little cup of salad dressing for the kiddos’ dipping pleasure.

Just think of it as a sandwich disassembled – on a skewer!
