These Keto Pepperoni Pizza Chips are oh-so-good. You won’t miss the carbs at all. You can serve them as is or serve them alongside marinara sauce to dip in.

Place the mozzarella cheese by the tablespoon full into small separated piles on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Flatten each pile and make sure that there is a bit of space between each pile as they will expand when the cheese melts.

Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella cheese piles.

Place a piece of pepperoni on top.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Then turn the oven up to broil and broil for 1 minute.

Let the chips sit for a couple minutes so that they harden. Remove from the pan and serve with marinara sauce, if desired.

Keto Pepperoni Pizza Chips

  • 9 tbsp Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 9 Pepperoni slices
  • Parchment paper

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the mozzarella cheese by the tablespoon into small separated piles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each pile into a small circle. Be sure to leave a little space between each pile, as the cheese will expand when it bakes.
  3. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the 9 piles of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place one pepperoni slice on top of each mozzarella cheese circle.
  5. Top each mozzarella cheese circle with a bit of the Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes, turn the oven to the broil function, and broil for 1 minute.
  7. Let the chips sit for a few minutes to cool and harden up. Remove, and serve the pizza chips with marinara dipping sauce if desired.
