Microwave Baked Beans – No one will ever guess that you cooked these delicious quick & easy baked beans in the microwave. They are so unbelievably good! A super simple side dish to make when you need it to be done in a hurry, without sacrificing any flavor.

An old friend gave me this recipe for microwave baked beans a long time ago.  Everyone loves it!  It is super easy, but it is SO good.  

Folks will never know that you made these delicious Baked Beans in the microwave! It is a great time saving shortcut and the flavor is outstanding. Y’all have just got to try this quick & easy baked beans recipe.

Marty’s Micro Baked Beans

Ingredients

• 2 cans of Van Camp pork and beans
• 3 slices bacon diced
• 1 small onion diced
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

• Microwave the bacon & onion for 4 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients & microwave for 10-13 more minutes – depending on how thick you want the sauce.
• *I usually double this recipe for the holidays
