Strawberry Spinach Salad

Strawberries are quite plentiful this time of year – and since they are so sweet by nature, we tend to use them in dessert recipes more than anything.  Well, aside from just stuffing them in your mouth instead of cooking with them…

Now, I do love me some strawberry dessert recipes, but I also like to do a little sweet & savory when the berry pickin’ time comes around.  And my favorite way to do that is with this really simple Strawberry Spinach Salad.   I could literally make a meal out of it!
