Caramel Apple Crumble Cheesecake Bars
These Caramel Apple Crumble Cheesecake Bars are a combination of apple cobbler, caramel apples, & cheesecake – and they are out of this world delicious!
I am the worst at naming recipes creatively. I wish that I could name recipes these really cool creative names, but I guess I’m just too literal for that. I’m the kind of person who looks through a cookbook & expect the name to describe exactly what the recipe is. Like those Magic Bars that you see recipes for that. I read that & have no idea what it’s made of. Magicians? Rabbits in hats? Levitating agents?
Yeah…
I am super creative when I wanna be, but I’ll save that creativeness for things for crafts & homeschool lessons – and keep it away from naming recipes.
I guess if I did do the whole creative recipe naming thing – these Caramel Apple Crumble Cheesecake Bars wouldn’t be such a long name for a recipe. I could call them something like Applicious Bars, or These Taste Good Bars or even Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Bars. Butttttt….. I think I’m gonna stick with the descriptive name. Because you should always know what you’re gonna get.  I really wish that this philosophy applied to lotto tickets though 😉
Apple desserts are a favorite of mine, and the first thing I did was make this really easy Caramel Apple Trifle, but adding in layers of the Honey Bunches of Oats – delish!
As good as that was, I wanted to take it a step further while still staying on the whole caramel apple bandwagon. So, that’s where these Caramel Apple Crumble Cheesecake Bars come in. There like a plethora of some of my favorite things. It’s like a mix of caramel apples, apple cobbler, & cheesecake – all coming together in one delectable dessert that is a crowd pleaser!
In process….Mmmmm!
These bars have a crust made out of Honey Bunches of Oats Apple & Cinnamon Bunches flavor – an are layered with cheesecake & apple filling, and then topped with more honey bunches of oats. Â Insanely good, y’all!
