I’m back with another super easy Halloween treat for you today – Halloween Pudding Parfaits.

They are as simple to make as mixing up some instant pudding & layering it in a cup because well, basically – that’s all these are. You definitely don’t have to be Martha Stewart to create these. Even the youngest of kids will be able to make them.

Halloween candy totally saves my decorating game, you just have no idea. You really can come up with all sorts of stuff with some of the things on the market. The Halloween peeps are among my favorite of all – the ghosts & the monsters are just so cute. Now, I won’t actually eat them… I give those to my kids because well, I just like to look at peeps. I don’t really want to eat it. Like fondant. It’s pretty and all, but the flavor just isn’t worth the calories.

To make these, you will need:

  • instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to box instructions (I used 2 boxes)
  • instant chocolate pudding, prepared according to box instructions (I used 1 box)
  • orange food coloring
  • green food coloring
  • Reece’s pieces candy (alternatively, you can use sprinkles, crushed up Oreos, or candy corn)
  • Halloween Peeps
  • wooden skewers
  • small clear cups or jars

Divide the vanilla pudding equally into two separate containers. Color half of it with green food coloring & color the other half with orange food coloring. In the small clear glasses, layer the chocolate pudding followed by a layer of orange & green vanilla pudding.

Top with Reese’s pieces candy. Alternatively to the Reese’s pieces, you could use sprinkles, crushed up Oreos, or candy corn.

Stick a wooden skewer through a couple of Halloween peeps & insert it into the parfait.
