I don’t know where you all are at, but where I’m at – well, dogone it – it’s hot! Â I do enough heating up my kitchen with other things, and I don’t really feel like heating it up for dessert too.
Â
But I love dessert. Â
Â
Giving it up is not an option. Â This peanut butter fudge pie is really decadent, really fast, & really easy. Â And, no heating of the oven is required! Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Combine the sweetened condensed milk & chocolate chips in a small pot on medium heat. Â Stir until completely melted. Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Scoop the mixture into 2 prepared pie crusts, either graham cracker or oreo crust. Â Or one of each.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Beat together the cream cheese and confectioners sugar until creamy. Â Mix in the peanut butter, milk, & vanilla & beat until smooth.
Â
Â
Â
Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Spread the mixture on top of the fudge filled pie crusts.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Drizzle with hot fudge topping.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Freeze until firm. Â Let thaw for about 5 minutes before trying to slice.
Â
Or don’t – tear into it, and eat it as a handheld snack.
