No-Bake Peanut Butter Fudge Pie

I don’t know where you all are at, but where I’m at – well, dogone it – it’s hot!  I do enough heating up my kitchen with other things, and I don’t really feel like heating it up for dessert too.

But I love dessert.

Giving it up is not an option.  This peanut butter fudge pie is really decadent, really fast, & really easy.  And, no heating of the oven is required!

Combine the sweetened condensed milk & chocolate chips in a small pot on medium heat.  Stir until completely melted.

Scoop the mixture into 2 prepared pie crusts, either graham cracker or oreo crust.  Or one of each.

Beat together the cream cheese and confectioners sugar until creamy.  Mix in the peanut butter, milk, & vanilla & beat until smooth.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip.

Spread the mixture on top of the fudge filled pie crusts.

Drizzle with hot fudge topping.

Freeze until firm.  Let thaw for about 5 minutes before trying to slice.

Or don’t – tear into it, and eat it as a handheld snack.
