2 Ingredient Easy Ranch Pickles
This 2 Ingredient Ranch Pickle hack is LIFE CHANGING! It’s the easiest thing ever & the pickles are so yummy. You can make so many flavors!
Once the pickles are gone, save the juice and use it for the best marinade.
I’ve got a bit of a foodie hack for you today.
I call it a foodie hack because it feels just a little too simple to refer to it as a recipe.
I’m going to show you how to take your pickles from blahzay to bravo with just two ingredients.
Ok, you got me interested in these Ranch Pickles.. What’s the two ingredients?
- a jar of pickles (I used dill)
- a packet of dry ranch seasoning mix (I have used the regular and the spicy version, both are delicious)
How do you make the ranch pickles?
Easiest thing EVERRRR.
Just dump one of those seasoning packets inside the jar of pickles, close the jar, and SHAKE, SHAKE SHAKE.
Put them in the refrigerator for 24 hours for the flavors to fall in love with each other and DONE.
Once the pickles are gone, SAVE THE PICKLE JUICE. This Ranch Pickle Juice is going to be your new favorite marinade!! My favorite is marinating chicken breasts in it and then grilling them or cooking them on the stovetop in s skillet. Delicious!!
That’s it. They’re soooo good. Give them a shot and let me know in the comments what you think!
You can get super creative with this one and make up a whole slew of different flavors between all the different seasoning packets that out on the market and using different flavors of pickles. Excuse me, I’m about to go to the grocery store and raid the seasoning and pickle aisle. See y’all soon.. with pickles. And not the Aunt Bee kind 😉
If you want to make your own pickles, here’s my easy recipe for Refrigerator Dill Pickles.
If you’re more of a bread and butter pickle type of person, here’s my recipe for those.
