As a food blogger, we’re expected to not only post out-of-this-world delicious recipes – but we’re also supposed to have a story to go along with every one of them. So, here I am wanting to share this fantastic (and easy) recipe for Reese’s Dip with all of you, but I have no story.
Ok, well maybe I do have a story. But , it’s only one sentence. Which I guess totally retracts my previous statement about having a story. I don’t have one after all. More like a statement.
I love Reese’s Cups.
That’s my story (statement, whatever) – and I’m sticking to it.
If you love Reese’s cups too, then you’ve gotta try out this recipe for Reese’s Dip. You just have to. Or, you may just have to retract your own statement about loving them so 😉
It’s totally easy, & just 2 ingredients. Yes – only 2 ingredients!! Seriously, you just can’t get any simpler!
Dip cookies in it, celery or apples, or eat it with a spoon.
Reese’s with a spoon? Yes, please!
- 1 small bag Reese's peanut butter cups about 14 cups
- 1 8 oz tub of Cool Whip
- Roughly chop the peanut butter cups. In a small saucepan over medium/low heat, melt 10 of the peanut butter cups. Once melted, remove from the heat and beat it really well with a wire whisk - or use an electric mixer. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until combined.
- Top with the remaining 4 Reese's cups (crushed). Serve with cookies, apples, or a spoon
