These Baked Ham & Swiss Sliders have long been a family favorite. Over the years, I’ve come up with a variety of flavors to make out of that one recipe like these baked club sliders & turkey bacon ranch baked sliders. Today, I’m excited to share with you a whole new spin on the baked sliders. This one featured sliced turkey (sliced deli turkey and leftover turkey both work), cranberry sauce (homemade or canned) & brie cheese.

I just love this flavors paired together!

Lots of folks enjoy these flavors just during the holidays but I’m one of those people who crave it all year long. So, while it’s the perfect thing to make with holiday leftovers from Thanksgiving or Christmas, don’t let that limit you to making it only seasonally. It’s one of those recipes that deserves to be made all year long, for sure!

What ingredients do I need to make these Turkey, Cranberry, & Brie Baked Sliders?

Here’s your cast of ingredients:

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls – I prefer the savory butter version in this recipe instead of the sweet rolls
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 3 heaping tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/2 pound sliced turkey
  • 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup prepared cranberry sauce (you can use store-bought or make your own)
  • 6oz container of brie spreadable cheese

How do I prepare this recipe?

It’s super simple!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Melt the butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add the onions, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, & poppy seeds and cook until the onions are soft (about 10 more minutes).
Slice the rolls in half all at once & place the bottom half in a 9×13 casserole dish or lined baking sheet. Spread on ¾ of the onion mixture. Top with the turkey, spreadable brie cheese, & cranberry sauce. I get my spreadable brie cheese in the same place as the brie as the grocery store, with the deli cheese.
I made a batch of cranberry sauce just for this recipe and then I used the remaining cranberry sauce to make some of my Cranberry Oat Bars.
