There’s nothing better than gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers melting everywhere.

And that’s why I love this S’mores Lasagna so much. It takes all the classic flavors and turns them into an easy, no mess, no-bake dessert to feed a crowd.

It’s cool, creamy, chocolatey, and perfect for warm summer days when you want something sweet without turning on the oven.

How to Make S’mores Lasagna

Make the Graham Cracker Crust: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the mixture looks like wet sand. Press it firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish to create the first layer. Place the dish in the freezer while you prepare the other layers.

Prepare the Marshmallow Cream Cheese Layer: In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so it mixes smoothly. Using a hand mixer, beat until light and fluffy. Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff and a container Cool Whip until everything is well combined.

Make the Chocolate Pudding Layer: In another bowl, combine the heavy cream and chocolate pudding mix. Beat until thick, fluffy, and smooth.

Build the Lasagna: Remove the crust from the freezer. Spread the marshmallow cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Next, carefully spread the chocolate pudding layer over the top. Take your time so the layers stay nice and even.

Add the Toppings: Spread a final layer of Cool Whip across the top of the pan. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows, chopped Hershey chocolate squares, and extra graham cracker crumbs.

Finish and Chill: If you’d like, drizzle the top with chocolate syrup, or hot fudge sauce. Cover with plastic wrap or tin foil and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.

How to Store Leftovers

Ingredients

  • 2 sleeves Graham Crackers processed
  • 6 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 7 oz. Container of Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 4 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 packages Chocolate Pudding Mix

Toppings

  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Hershey Squares
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Chocolate Syrup optional

Instructions

  • Start by adding your processed graham crackers and melted butter to a bowl. Mix until well combined and the consistency of wet sand. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish. Set in the freezer while you prepare your other layers.
  • To a mixing bowl add your cream cheese and sugar, beat until fluffy and smooth. Fold in your marshmallow fluff and cool whip.
  • In a separate bowl add your heavy whipping cream and pudding mix. Beat until fluffy and well combined. Now let's build your lasagna.
  • Spread your cream cheese mixture evenly over your graham cracker crust. Followed by an even layer of your pudding mixer.
  • Lastly, top everything with a layer of cool whip. Garnish with marshmallows, Hershey chocolate squares and graham cracker crumbs. Drizzle with additional chocolate if desired. Place in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Serve and enjoy! A cool s’mores treat just in time for summer.
